04Enquiries and contact form

By submitting the contact form, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are happy for Tangent Design to contact you about your enquiry. Submitting an enquiry does not create a contract or any obligation for either party to proceed with a project.

Any design work, commission or service will be agreed separately in writing, including scope, fees, timescales and ownership of deliverables. Those project terms will take precedence over these website terms.

05Privacy and your information

Form submissions are processed by a third-party form service on our behalf. We will not sell your personal information or share it with third parties for marketing purposes.

We handle personal data in line with UK data protection law, including the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018. You may ask us to access, correct or delete the information we hold about you at any time by emailing vincentsneed26@gmail.com.

We aim to keep the information on Tangent Design accurate and up to date, but we make no guarantees that the content is complete, current or free from errors. The website is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, and we may change, suspend or withdraw any part of it at any time without notice.
