Here’s an excellent free font care of The League of Moveable Type. I designed this poster in adobe illustrator using one font only, many layers and a lot of opacity masks to make it look grungy. The font is quite heavy, so it seemed natural to mess it up a bit. Time taken: 2 hours. Result: looks pretty Bauhaus. There again, I love Bauhaus so thats no surprise really. Form follows function and all that.
